1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on labet8888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

labet8888 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. labet8888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling-related transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

All deposits are credited to your labet8888 account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. labet8888 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the labet8888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the labet8888 platform without the prior written consent of labet8888. 9 Limitation of Liability

labet8888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. labet8888 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained through the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming
